This whole idea of creating a label from nothing has always been surrounding my mind ever since The Gemz Studios became an idea and subsequently a whole business.
Most of the music related projects I've been a part of have been under The Gemz Studios. Projects such as Flaw's Theorem, Jesus Armas (Singer-Songwriter) a.k.a myself and many others that have come along the way.
Gemtree Records comes to be a representation of the work that's been done in previous years at The Gemz Studios in a much cleaner way.
Now, don't panic! The Gemz Studios is certainly not going anywhere but it's main focus is changing.
It's always been a brand whose main focus is music production, mixing and mastering. When I started flirting with the idea of becoming an indie record label or to represent artists even if these artists were projects the team was a part of from the very beginning I suddenly realised that I needed to keep things not only organised but properly placed and separated yet, related.
Flaw's Theorem joins The Gemz Studios in 2019 with the re-recording and re-release of Silent Exodus and subsequent releases after the latter.
Jesus Armas as a singer-songwriter is inherently releasing music under The Gemz Studios.
Sandra Torrella's first two singles were made at The Gemz Studios and with no representation whatsoever but that changes later.

Most of the projects I've been a part of have been related to The Gemz Studios in one way or another.
In fact, the main idea I dabbled with back in 2018 was that The Gemz Studios would eventually become a huge production company in which artists had the support they required for their musical endeavours and development. Need a mixing engineer? No need to search for longer as we already have.
Need a mastering engineer? Then again, look no further.
The same goes with production, editing, and any other studio related work. Artists can rely on The Gemz Studios's resources to develop their projects and to bring their ideas to the real world.
It's inevitable that with all of this, a bit of hassle and clutter comes along the way and that's the main idea behind Gemtree Records. To declutter The Gemz Studios from this many projects we are a part of; Gemtree Records comes up as the previously mentioned Brand Collective Division and the latter suffers a rebranding to what it is now, Gemtree Records.
Gemtree Records is basically a natural step for the Brand Collective Division in the way that now, smaller or rather independent producers, engineers, production companies shake hands and become one big team to help artists envision their music.
Bringing your ideas to the real world has always been the premise at The Gemz Studios; Gemtree Records on the other hand is the team that'll help artists and their music to meet an audience.
Gemtree Records is founded by The Gemz Studios. In collaboration with Z E G A, Antefa Estudio, Sixteen Studio Pro and Rambo Records.
